WARRANTY INFO
The Easypuller by Las Vegas Tool LLC is warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials for one year from the time of purchase. Las Vegas Tool LLC, at the option of Las Vegas Tool LLC, during the warranty period will repair or replace the Easypuller without charge, if the defective tool is returned to Las Vegas Tool LLC. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the item(s) to be returned. All shipping charges are borne by the buyer. Please describe the problem and include the tool or part and your name and address. Las Vegas Tool LLC shall have no obligation with respect to our warranty to a tool or part which in Las Vegas Tool LLC's sole judgment has been abused, misused, altered, badly worn, or improperly maintained. When properly used and maintained Easypuller can provide years of good service. Rust and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Las Vegas Tool LLC reserves the right to exclude the warranty of a tool or tools which have been obviously abused and misused or damaged by neglect or accident.

Las Vegas Tool LLC reserves the right to make periodic changes to the tools design and manufacturing process, information provided on our website is subject to periodic changes, improvements, updates and additions without notice. Las Vegas Tool reserves the right to make these changes without any obligation to incorporate such updates or changes in previously distributed Easypuller tools or publications.

SAFETY TIPS
ALWAYS wear appropriate eye protection and gloves while using the EASYPULLER tool. ALWAYS disconnect power sources before using the EASYPULLER tool on or near electrical items to avoid electrical shock. ALWAYS check to make sure you have proper clearances between your hands and surrounding objects before using the tool, the EASYPULLER slide bolt assembly articulates to help with those clearance requirements. Because the item you are pulling can suddenly break free or the EASYPULLER jaws can slip off the item, NEVER pull the slide hammer towards your body, face, sharp or hot objects. ALWAYS inspect the tool for damage prior to using, NEVER use the tool if damaged or if the ¼" coupler bolt and nut and/or the 3/8" slide bolt aren't threaded and fastened completely. ALWAYS keep this information with the EASYPULLER tool. ALWAYS USE THE TOOL IN A SAFE MANNER!

LIABILITY
While Las Vegas Tool LLC, makes every effort to make the tool as safe as possible the use of hammering tools have inherent risks the customer agrees to take full responsibility for those risks and hold Las Vegas Tool LLC and its members harmless for any damage to merchandise or bodily injury.
